Women Run: Kim
Women Run: Kim So Ian just tried to kill me with an Insanity work out. I decided that after 10 min. and the onset of chest pain and dizziness that I would go back to good old Tony Horton and do one of his work outs. Screw you Shawn T. Anyway, I have officially begun my journey of trying to get back to me and am dedicating myself to 60 days of following a workout/diet combo. Okay so I will not officially start until Arpil 11th after I return from a long weekend of relaxation in Phoenix, but I resisted eating some very delicious cookies at Karina's yesterday (made by the irresistible Lane I might add) or eating treats at the movie last night. Okay baby now screaming at me. I plan on doing another workout later today and tomorrow so we will see how it goes. This is what happens when you have an April snow storm. Pam hope you are enjoying Palm Springs! I can't tell you how excited I am to see all of you in May!!

Page Access
As you each enter the Blog Portal (the italics is meant to add a spooky flair) I can grant you admin priveleges which allows you to 'edit pages' where you can then post on your wall. As Sarah has pointed out, it is like one longrun on post. This will try to be remedied, but for now please journal one long draft, we will see what can happen...

Nice site
Great job on the site Kyla! I think you need to link to my other blog. Not because it has anything to do with running, just because it's my blog.

Okay, so step one for me is to compile a list of songs I can throw on my Ipod to run to. I need suggestions. I was listening to Pink - Raise Your Glass and that made me want to run. What makes you want to run?

Blog take three
Kyla, I have high hopes for this blog. I have tried to start a group of 7 blog 2 times. The blogs still exist if anyone is interested.
I guess you could say I started training today too. I sweated my ass of at hip hop aerobics. Good times, I will show you my dance moves the night of our race when we go out on the town!

Week One
Here is the blog.
The blog to learn to jog.
Week one:
I am not sure about the rest of you, but today was my first official day of training. I have begun the Sun Run training program, and it went really well. I did it wrong, but it was good anyway. I was at a running track by 6:30 a.m., and was shocked to find it still dark outside when I left to go home.
Sometime this afternoon while in my room where I get all my thinking done, you know which room that is right? I found myself swearing of chocolate and teaching yoga for employees of multinational corporations during their lunch break. That's me, "Baby Steps Earle" or perhaps that elusive Olympics berth...
